Please tell us about any condition, recent surgery or pregnancy when you book. Some treatments need adapting, and in some cases we will ask you to check with your doctor first.

Yes. It uses light to medium pressure and flowing strokes, so it is the most comfortable introduction to massage.

Each session is 60 minutes, enough for a relaxing full-body massage. Tell your therapist if you want extra focus on the back, neck or shoulders.

It should feel intense but manageable. Tell your therapist at any time and the pressure will be adjusted.
How often should I get a deep tissue massage?
For chronic tightness, every 2–3 weeks works well at first, then monthly for maintenance.

Not at all. Every stretch is adapted to your body and range of motion.
What should I wear for Thai massage at home?
Loose cotton clothing that lets you move freely, such as a T-shirt and track pants.
